"They called and canceled twice. It was raining once and no showed the other time. I had to contact them several times before they called me back.  They were very polite when talking to them.  I had a coupon for $75 for a $150 gutter cleaning and when I called they said it was $35 off of a $250 gutter cleaning.  They did a great job.  They went back behind and made sure the leaves were gone.  Seemed like false advertising."

Billy came out and explained everything very well on each step he would take replacing the shingles and the quality measures that he went above required code. My roof had hail damage.
