They were able to do invoicing for me which is a big deal as it seems most plumbers require payment upon delivery were as I was able to be emailed an invoice and pay over the phone when I had the chance. You definitely can over-tighten toilet tank bolts. Unlike some other materials, porcelain can’t bend or flex, so when you over-tighten a screw into it, it could break against the added pressure.
