"Called them at 7:30 right when they opened. They said they could be out between 11 and 1 but would call if they got through with a job early. Called and said they could be out at 0930. Got there on time, determined my power cord had a short in it. Replaced it and checked out the unit to make sure everything else was functioning correctly. Very professional and friendly!"

"The first garbage disposal that was installed rusted out.  They replaced it under warranty; however, they replaced it with the same kind.  It has rusted out again.  It has been approximately 5 months of trying to get them to take care of it like they said they would.  I have even been accused of putting something in it to rust it out.  They promise to call me and don't.  I have been told by the scheduler that he is too busy to worry about it.  I have even sent them pictures of the rust in an email and have yet to hear back from them.  They just keep putting me off.

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
