Working with Grooms was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. They partnered with our pool builder to make sure our freshwater system was hooked into our drains. They moved and positioned our sprinklers. Did an excellent job on landscaping, flowerbeds, and leveling. Everything was done with such care and precision that we felt completely confident throughout the process. We had the privilege of working directly with one of the co-owners, Brandon Peed, and he was nothing short of excellent. Brandon was always approachable, patient, and willing to pause and listen to any concerns we had along the way. He and his crew didn’t just meet expectations , they went above and beyond in every aspect of the project. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism, quality, and genuine customer care the way Grooms does, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

It was as fantastic as having your front yard dug up can be. They came out the day after I called them and emailed an estimate the day after that. They got us on the schedule for the next week. They were very careful to go to the far side of my big oak tree so as not to damage the roots. They had to hand dig under a brick flower bed border and the best thing of all was that they put the backflow preventer on the side of the house so I don't have that awful fake rock in the middle of my front flower bed. The city inspector came out the next day, there were no problems and they filled in the trench. I was expecting a hill all the way around the yard but except for the lack of grass you'd never know anything was done. They were really terrific!

I needed a lot of work done since I haven't serviced my sprinklers in a long time. I drew out a map of all the work that needed to be done. They knew exactly how to repair all of the problems and did the work quickly. They reviewed all of the work in detail after they were done. Great job.

The crew damaged my plants in my flower beds and haphazardly attempted to cover it up. Did not diagnose or repair anything. Repeated attempts to speak with a manager were unreturned. Company sent invoice for damages performed. Beware of this business!

Your input and feedback are extremely important to us and we always want customer expectations to be met. Could you please let us know if this was posted before our attempts to remedy the situation? We show our Service Department notified our Landscape Department the next business day after your appointment, and they left a note that same day on your front door that they would be coordinating replacements. The plants that you informed us of were replaced and we were unaware of any issues still existing with the sprinkler system. We do warranty our work so if the sprinkler was not repaired, we will return to repair it. Our apologies for not being able to get you directly in touch with our service manager, he did attempt to call you but was never able to reach you, therefore all of the communication ran through our office staff. Currently we only show the initial service call charge of $95 as invoiced and all other labor, materials, and replacements were warrantied to your account. Please accept our sincerest apology for any trouble or inconvenience we have caused you and again we highly appreciate your feedback as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do. I have a large residential sprinkler system that was in bad need of maintenance. The Grooms folks were responsive, on time, and quick. They replaced multiple worn out rotors that I knew were bad, and several leaking valves where water was pooling to the surface. We've hired Groom's irrigation twice for landscaping work and been very happy both times. We recently removed an above ground pool and deck and hired them to level out the yard, plant a tree and put down new sod. They were prompt with an estimate and timeline. They showed up as scheduled and the workers were very pleasant and professional. They even replaced shrubs that didn't make it through the winter from the last time we hired them. Steve returned every phone call I made to him and made sure everything was just what we wanted. Can't say enough good things about them! They may not be the cheapest in town but it's worth every penny. You get what you pay for!

We pay them yearly. They also left us an estimate on some things we need to have done. They were very professional, prompt and they called ahead of time to say they were on their way. They were careful not to track dirt in our house with their muddy shoes. They got back to us promptly when we called.

Once servicemen arrived, they were very curtious and professional. Checked other items of irragation system to ensure all items functoning properly. Difficulty is scheduling appointment and recieving accurate information of arrival time.

We have used them several times. Our first experience with them was great, but we had them repair our sprinkler system. We had to have them come out twice because it kept having come out fast. They came out for a leak and didn’t fix it. It leaked again and they came again. They charged me twice for the same leak. The service man was rude to me when he had to come back again to fix it.

I called Grooms after seeing them listed on Angie's List. I am selling a house and needed a leak fixed in the sprinkler system. I was expecting it to cost around $300. They called to tell me they were on the way and even arrived before I did. The got to work immediately and were done within 45 minutes.

The work went fairly well. Grooms arrived within the agreed upon time and went directly to work. The work itself took no more than 20 minutes. Later when I received the bill I was confused, because the wording on the invoice sounded like they replaced more than they actually had. I contacted the company and a few days later I received a simple explanation that cleared it up.

Groom's irrigation is easy to deal with, always makes sure the work is complete. If there are any problems they come back and do it right away. I would refer them to others. I am totally satisfied with the finished product.
