MetroRooter Plumbing

Overall, I highly recommend Metro Rooter.  I wished I had discovered them before.  I found evidence of a leak in my slab and called the plumbing company I typically use.  They came out on a Friday.  The thought they located the leak in the closet of the master bedroom.  They destroyed a built in cabinet, and after two attempts going through the slab foundation, left without locating the leak.  I called Metro Rooter after 5 pm on a Friday.  The owner and crew promptly showed up Saturday morning.  MetroRooter detected the leak,  and had it repaired within a few hours.  Metro Rooter was gracious enough to fix the damaged cement created by the other plumbing company.  The owner personally set up a carpenter to come in a repair the damaged built in cabinet.
    I was highly impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, promptness of Metro Rooter.  It is very difficult when you have a plumbing emergency in your home.  I had used another plumbing company for a few years before, but the guys with Metro Rooter were exceptional.  I highly recommend Metro Rooter for any routine work, and I definitely recommend them for an emergency.  I can't emphasize enough how wonderful they were in coming out on short notice at an inconvenient time to fix the damage done by another company.  The pricing was fair, and the owner actually was able to do the work for less than he anticipated.  Overall, I'm very thankful I found Metro Rooter.  I believe they prevented serious damage from occurring in my home.

They were prompt, professional, courteous, and $1000 cheaper than any estimate.

First they were late. then they were not sure if they could do the job because it had cpvc pipes. then they couldn't find the water shut off to the condo and said it didn't have one. It took both of the repairmen to find it. Then they did not have the parts to fix it. I asked if it was because of the pvc pipes that they didn't have the parts and he replied he didn't know what I was talking about. I asked again if it was because of the type of pipes that were under the sink and he gave me a look like I was stupid and  replied "they are not pvc pipes they are cpvc pipes". His attitude went down from there, from rolling his eyes to shutting the bathroom doors to replace the cut off valves, which was not necessary. They treated my sister and I as if we were idiots and didn't know anything at all about plumbing. So if you are a woman expect to get the same treatment and get over charged!

It was a Sunday when I discovered that when I flushed the toilet, it leaked and a rumbling sound occurred in the shower next to it.  Further examination of the fixtures in the house indicated a drainage problem.  I called  Metro Rooter and was pleasantly pleased to be speaking to a person rather than a voice mail. I identified my problem and was  told that they would locate someone who would be speaking with me shortly. Approximately 15 minutes later, Jerry called .  He arrived in a timely manner and took care of the problem..  He was very professional and I have set up a time for him to return to do some additional work for me.   Since it was a Sunday, I did have to pay  additional fees however, I felt that the price was very reasonable..

have been very impressed with them. I have used a lot of plumbers and I couldn’t be happier with MetroRooter Plumbing. They are really good. They have 30 plumbers on call. They were recommended to me by another plumber, who couldn’t come out to do the work. I’ll use them again in the future.

I was just a small piece of a much bigger job. Bob did everything he said he would do and was always quick with a return call or most of the time just answered right away. He was constantly on my property with his sleeves rolled up and covered head to toe; from everything that I witnessed there was not one aspect of the job that he did not have complete control of. The work was incredibly hard and he worked nights and weekends to make sure we were not without water for very long. He was very pleasant even when I was not; a true gentleman. Once he started he never stopped working and if he said first thing in the morning that is when he would be in my driveway. I had a small concern and he drove out right away and said he already was aware of it and it was done right then........... on a Sunday afternoon. Bob Embrey/Metro Rooter is fantastic; very sharp, very smart, a company with integrity. He even finished the job by picking up all his trash!!!!!! There may be jobs out there more difficult than mine but I can't imagine.
