I hired him because my patio roof was sagging and needed to have the 3 support poles replaced because they were rotting out. Once he got into the job he found that the way it was originally built was not providing adequate support. He recommended instead of replacing the 3 poles to add an additional pole for added support. He was able to do this for just minimum additional cost. I have several other projects that I will be getting quotes from Eric on."

And I showed him the plans she had, and the colors and what we were going for, Metroplex came in and took the house that was stuck in the 80’s and brought it to modern day. The crews have attention to detail and do things in areas that no one will see, they are not the cheapest, but quality is not cheap! I was keep informed of all steps and they made a stressful time as easy as possible."

"It wasn't the greatest job in the world. Plus they took my tiles, and I'm still trying to get them back. They were suppose to come on a Saturday, and didn't make it until Monday. I probably wouldn't use them again. 

It was scheduled and then something came up and they couldn't make it. They came out and worked for an hour and a half and said they had to leave for two hours, they were actually gone for six hours. They showed up at 6 in the evening when we were getting ready to go to dinner. They weren't real professional as far as saying what they were going to do and when they were going to do it. 

I had a half of a box of tiles left. I talked to the owner, and he said they were going to give them back."
