Quintin and his assistant did a great job of repairing an old EV connection that was put in improperly by another company. They added a new NEMA 14-50 plug to the outside of my garage for another EV charger but I ordered the wrong charger that came with a NEMA 6-50 plug. They offered to install the replacement when it comes. I will make my decision after I get it."

Oh, no pressure tactics were used also, instead he explained what needed to be done in order to address my concerns while still meeting OGE’s standards as well as some changes the city required as well.
