"A subcontractor who hired day laborers, not actually employees, were sent to do the job. The day laborers were left unsupervised in our home to do the job. We overpaid and received poor quality craftsmanship in return. They broke tile that was meant to be reused, and compensated with uneven lines. There is grout that is unfinished, and tiles beginning to come up. The owners have refused to repair anything on advice from there attorney, apparently. Very sad."
