" My wife and I had 7 estimates done for a privacy fence. Saul was the first to get back with us and come out. After giving me an estimate, he told me all the questions I needed to ask to ensure we were getting a good quality fence. He was also the best price out of all of them. He would show up early and stay late to get it put up fast as possible. He and his workers were also very kind, stuck to their work and only asked questions when wanting to know how we would like something done. I kept thinking I could manage it but when I sustained an injury to my arm I had to admit I needed help. I tried to hire someone else but the timing never worked out. He came and looked at the job, walked around and saw what I wanted done and when he returned he was prepared and handled everything I asked for at a really reasonable price. I will be calling him back for more work after the holidays."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
