We are Insured and bonded and Certified Pro , Certified in Resurfacing since 2011. We bought land and no longer live in Dallas . I work from home 🙏🏻.

"Mom passed leaving me her double wide mobile home. Long time since last paint job. Plus it had rain damage, and I wanted to remove old wallpaper. Mr. Padilla came out when he said he would be there, and finished up on time! His bid was thousands cheaper than others. All damage repaired, wallpaper textured over, everything painted, and pictures put back on the walls! Free offer from Mr. Padilla, and it was his ideal!!! My window sills looked terrible. He asked if I wanted quartz, and gave me several options. What was the ugliest part of my home is now the most beautiful. Every window sill in my home looks fancy Thank you Mr. Padilla"

You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.
