I would definitely recommend this company. Joe Bankston was very professional, answered all my questions and did and excellent job! I received 2 other bids for the carport and Peak to Peak was $500.00 less. I plan on using Peak to Peak when I need a new roof and will be referring them to my friends.

New & better roof completed in 3 days (included all new decking), ceilings repaired & painted completed in 3 days, windows took longer due to special order & weather but were installed in one day, exterior staining of siding completed in 3 days.  All in all we are very pleased with the quality of work done & very pleased with how well we were treated & taken care of during the entire process.

They tore the roofs off of the barn the day before it was supposed to rain. They had no tarps of their own to cover the tack room area. They had to use my tarps. They came several days later with the barn still uncovered and started tearing off the metal roof on the garage. I had all sorts of personal things they must tarp before they tore the roof off. They didn't cover the personal items I had requested. I stopped them and made them put the roof back on the barn before the started tearing off the garage. The house was re roofed with composition asphalt shingles. I had called one of the men that was working on the job and told them an issue with the roof in early Oct. Three weeks later, no one has still called me. I texted them again and said no one had contacted me. He said he would send the message to Chad immediately. I called their office number and left a message. To this date, no one has called me back. I had to call the manufacturer to get another company to come out and make the repair to the roof. Update, 5/25/17: This is update to the comment that Chad made that I did not pay them $1,200. of the original contract. They were not paid that money because they did not do the work. The mortgage company intervened and adjusted the contract to pay for the work they did not do. I've given you a picture of the waiver and release Chad signed will that change of contract. There is one more critical thing you need to know before you sign a contract. PTP wants to know the amount of the insurance payment "up front" before they give you their estimate. When they find out what the insurance will pay, that is what they make their contract amount for. I believe we would be wise to get the PTP estimate before you reveal any insurance amounts. Then there is the problem with workmanship or knowledge good roofing practice. In Florida their code requires no more than a two inch overhang. This seems a good practice in high wind area such as OK... PTP went back with metal over the original joists which were a 12" overhang. I guess they did not know the safer overhang amount, but just re roofed over what was there. You would do wise to research replacement information before you go back with your roof. We all know Oklahoma ' weather is tuff on roofs!

"Obviously this is not a fair review. The first portions of the review were accurate about the tarping of items. The installer was not prepared when he went out there. Customer contacted me by telephone and we had tarps out there within 2 hours. I immediately assigned an additional gentleman from our company to manage the project since customer was upset. Upon completion of the project this customer signed a certificate saying that she was happy with the services provided. We have all of our customers sign these prior to asking for payment. I can provide a copy of the satisfaction agreement. We accepted payment assuming all was great. This October customer contacted the project manager who managed her job with questions about shingles blowing off. He is no longer an employee of ours though he still does subcontracting for us. He sent me a text asking for someone to go to her home. We sent a repair person to her home within 48 hours but the gate was locked and no one answered the phone. He was sent back after another call was received at the office. On December 11th around 4 pm a representative went to her house and made minor repairs to the roof. There were a couple shingles that were not sealed. She allowed him on the property and he made the repairs. There were no leaks due to the needed repairs and the repair took a few minutes. This was an insurance job. We agreed to do all of the repairs from a hail storm. We also gave customer an upgraded shingle, upgraded metal on one building, three windows, a door, and other repairs at no cost to her. On the final bill she did not want to pay all of the insurance proceeds so she also kept around $1200 of the insurance money. Not sure what we could have done differently. Review should be removed and only fair ones on this site."

Peak to Peak Roofing & Exteriors has been involved in the Hail and Wind Damage Loss at my in-laws home.  Since my in-laws have not been in town at all, the project was left for us to monitor (I was not looking forward t this at all), but to my surprise they handled every bit of the project from the very beginning by documenting all the damage to their home and then met the adjuster at their home.  Later they called to let us know that they had completed an estimate for the repairs to my in laws home and it was much more extensive than the insurance adjuster had depicted in his scope of repair.
After negotiating the scope of work for them, Chad at Peak to Peak explained to us everything that would be happening on my in-laws home along with a time line.  I never had to call them once for anything, as they kept me informed every step of the way.  I appreciate the honest straight forward approach that Chad Bryan and Peak to Peak use to help homeowners like my in-laws through something that can be quite devastating to someone who knows nothing about construction.
On top of everything they did for my in-laws, they made me look like I had everything handled, when all I really did was answer the phone and the occasional email with photos to receive updates and scheduling changes.

I couldn't believe the way my house looked when they were finished. Peak to Peak delivered every promise they made and then some.  From day one, Chad has handled every part of the job with an attention to detail that is amazing. They were always at the house when they said they would be. Keeping me updated at all times.

I look at my home today and I don't even recognize it.  I never dreamed that it could look this good.  Peak to Peak Roofing & Exteriors went out of their way at every turn, it was like they were doing this work on their own home.  I would recommend Chad Bryan and the people at Peak to Peak to anyone that I know.  They handled not only my roof, but all the repairs and helped me to navigate the insurance claim process.
My home was a mess with a leaking roof, broken windows and many other issues from the Oklahoma Thunderstorms.  Now it looks better than before.  If you need a contractor who is fair, honest and will treat your home as if it were their own, then call Peak to Peak and you will not be disappointed.

Bill was extremely helpful from beginning to end.
He identified damage to my roof that I was not even aware of.
At first I was a little hesitant because it sounded to good to be true and I was afraid I'd get wrapped up in a lot of paperwork and hassle dealing with the insurance company but Bill assured me that he would oversee the project and walk me thru the entire process.
I am so glad I did as Bill did everything he said he would do and more.
He met with the adjuster and my insurance company agreed to pay for everything.
He kept me informed of each step in the process and he was there everyday to oversee the work until the job was completed.
They used higher quality materials than I had previously, the work was completed very quickly and the cleanup was so superb you couldn't even tell the construction crews were even there; except for my brand new roof and gutters that look awesome!

From start to finish it didn't take very long to get a wonderful new roof installed along with 2 skylights resealed and all the venting, new rain gutters, replaced facia where necessary and even assisted with other items damaged by a storm from 2013.  They took the worry out of this major job.  Thanks to all the folks at Peak to Peak Roofing!  They were honest, friendly and professional. If you need a new roof - call Bill or Chad at Peak to Peak!

I've waited 2 months to complete this review, trying to give them the time to make things right, but I think it is time to review my job. I really appreciated the foreman coming out and meeting with my insurance adjuster, the adjustment was certainly more fair with his knowledge. The roofing went well except for second day when roofers tore up parts of my siding when they pulled the gutters off. Many nails and sharp pieces of guttering were left on the ground and my holly tree next to my house was stripped of branches because "they were in the way". After many phone calls and texts, my siding was repaired, but my guttering is still messed up. I'm waiting on the gutter people to come out 3 months later, and I really don't want the original ones, although, that is who the company wants to fix it so they won't be out more money. My mom had her roof done by the same person (I encouraged 3 or 4 people to use them, before I encountered so many difficulties), and she is still waiting on trash to be taken off that they generated when they took down a barn. THAT subcontractor is my least favorite one. Very condescending and has ignored me completely when I've tried to talk to him. I am sure they didn't make much money on her house, but they did on mine. I like the guy in charge, Chad, and he has been very polite, but after awhile, I need things done and I need to be heard. I do my job professionally and I deserve the same back.

"Hi (removed member name), Thanks for our review for the job that we did. It is great for us to be able to know how we can improve. I understand that there were issues within the construction process. We hope to avoid any but we encounter them from time to time. I know that we were not timely in our response to your gutter issues, though I hope we have made the repairs satisfactorily. Because of your job and a couple others, we no longer use that gutter company as a subcontractor, and we now use another gutter company that has been in business for 29 years in the OKC area. Please let us know if we can do anything to change your opinion of our company and know that we have made changes to better serve you. PS. We still have your roof under warranty, and we like to come out every 2 years to inspect for caulking needs. Thanks again!! Chad"

The July hail storm left us with tons of damage. We went with Peak to Peak because they could take care of it all. We met with the head contractor, liked him, signed with him. Then the communication issues began.
Windows - The window guy came out the next day... and caulked one of the windows shut. The window guy took the last bit of our house paint... and then disappeared from the company, taking our house paint with him. They got another guy from the company to be in charge of our windows. They took the storm windows off and put them back on so many times that holes for the screws are stripped. When they replaced one of our doubled-paned windows, they didn't clean off the dirt and mud. It's still there because we cannot get between the windows to clean it.
Garage door - The garage door guys were amazing!!!!! (Kelley overhead doors - will call them again!) Quick, efficient and super nice.
Roof - The guy dropping off the materials ran into one of our awnings. Luckily the company paid for the replacement, but they never did repair the damaged wood. It took the roof crew three days to finish the roof because they had to come back and fix things that they screwed up. It hasn't leaked, so we suppose they did a good job.
Gutters - They had to come back and fix parts of the gutters.
Paint - They tried to match the color as best they could. They prepped the damaged areas well before painting.
This process was dragged out way longer than it should have been because they couldn't get the job done right the first time.

The sales person contacted me at home after correctly observing that my roof need attention. He was able to point out projects in my neighborhood that had recently been completed and was able to provide neighbors with whom I was familiar with as references. Additionally, I had observed the progress of these specific projects.

The pricing was reasonable the timing was as promised. The performance of the work was at a level that my prompted my neighbors to commented on the quality.

There were a couple of minor repairs that needed to be made on the trim after the main crew had left. The contractor returned on the weekend to take care of them. They were not issues that I had noticed, but areas that the contractor felt required additional attention.

The price was as agreed.

A very satisfactory job.
