He arrived as promised and I explained to him that we needed some minor repairs to our roof, including the removal of an old satellite dish and the removal of debris from the top of our patio cover. "Our 50+ year old house had settled enough that there were several cracks in the walls including one nearly 1/2 inch wide and our patio door would only open about 12 inches wide. We had put this off because we had heard it would cost over $10,000 which we simply did not have. Imagine our delight when the estimate came in at only $2100.00. We immediately contracted with PermaLift to put in 6 piers. The crew arrived and went right to work; I was amazed at how fast they got everything done. They were very careful about the mess that would have to be made, laying large sheets of heavy cardboard to hold the dirt as they dug under the foundation of the house.
