"He inspected everything and left me a list of recommendations to be performed on the top of the chimney that included sealing it and installing a cap. Chimney was in good shape. He cleaned out the fireplace and tested lighting the logs. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will use again and will recommend to neighbors.

"Outdoor Creations did a very fantastic job on our damaged and leaking roof. They just happened to be driving pass our home one day and observed that our roof needed repair. They stopped by and politely introduced themselves, and asked permission to inspect the roof. After discovering some serious damage from the weather, they facilitated and handled the insurance issues concerning the needed repairs in a professional manner. After the details were completed their crew came and finished the job in two and a half days. The crew was very polite and skilled, and they did a great job. Jake conducted himself with honesty and integrity. The information they gave was clear, and they were happy to answer all our questions. The great news is my wife and I have a brand new roof on our house because they stopped by one day. We are very pleased with their work. Thanks to Jake we no longer have a leaking roof. "I have rebar holding up all of the rock around myvflower beds. I had these guys aerate my yard and they did a great job. The reason I gave them a C is because they make appointments then don't show up. They know what they are doing if you can pin them down. I wasted an entire day waiting and messaging with them back and forth so they COULD have let me know they wouldn't be here . This is the second or third time this has happened. I messaged them after 4 and asked if they weren't coming but I got no response. The irony of this is that someone from consumer satisfaction called earlier today and I bragged at the job they had done. Guess I will be back on there looking for somrone. I fall often and really need this fixed otherwise I can see myself as a human kabob."

"Roger and his crew did a great job on both our kitchen and bathroom remodels. He was very responsive to my questions/ requests. I felt that we had a good working relationship throughout the whole process. He was easy to contact and returned calls/texts in a timely manner. The people that worked in our house were professional and did top quality work. When we had issues with work, we did not think looked its best or did not work properly, he came in a fixed them. It has been two months since our remodel was completed and I couldn't be happier. I love my new kitchen and bathroom. They are both exactly what I envisioned them to be and I appreciate that it was completed in the timeline that was outlined at the beginning of the project.
