"It would have been $125 to clean it but they didn't clean it since it didn't need cleaning. They pulled out the pipe but they didn't need to pull out the pipe. They needed to take off the cap. They didn't inspect the stove for cracks. It was a reasonable price. They were responsive."

"The work was completed to our satisfaction. The crew leader happily re-cleaned any windows, window tracks and window sills where we were not completely satisfied. In the process, he identified windows that were not clean, and he rewashed them as necessary. Our only complaint is that they arrived one hour later than the timeframe promised on the first day, and 2 1/2 hours later than the timeframe promised on the second day. We brought this concern to both the owner of the local franchise, and the lead worker's attention. They have assured us that this will not occur in the future. Based on this promise, I will use them again."

"Tyler Showed up for the appointment on time and was very professional. He checked the 1st duct showed me pictures and let me know that he would clean them if I wanted him to, but they could go without it. I will recommend this company to all for his honesty. Although no work was done, the quote I received over the phone was very reasonable."
