He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. I was contacted by the Contractor within the service time window, however it was towards the end of the service window. We missed each other call. Therefore my technician visit was re-scheduled for first visit next day. Next day I was contacted by the tech prior to his arrival and arrived as promised. The technician was respectful of our property, he used shoe protectors and ensure all was cleaned before he left. He quickly identified two problems with A/C and corrected them, The technician explained what was covered by Choice Home Warranty and what was not. He provided a fair price for the extra work for use to decide. The technician also identified another issue with the installation of the U/V light in our A/C and provided valuable maintenance tips. "Overall it went well. They arrived on time and got the jobs done quickly. The gutters are now clean and the windows mostly clean. I say "mostly" as the process they use involves cleaning them with a brush on a long pole that has builtin water jets. They claim the water they use is purified, and certainly I saw a filter in line with the hose pipe. This process gets all the dirt off the window but does leave some water spots behind. It is certainly a cheap way to clean the windows but doesn't give perfect results (but then, I've yet to see perfect results from any window washer)."
