"They arrived on schedule and began work immediately.  They were able to quickly trim the elm tree to our satisfaction.  The willow tree took a little more time due to the proximity of the homes and multiple dead limbs at the top of the tree.  I was pleased with their work, and will definitely use them again.  They are very professional, and know their business well.

"Company owners showed up at the agreed date and time.  They did a thorough walk around, asked what seemed to me to be the appropriate questions, and gave me an estimate on the spot.  They told me I would be contacted by their scheduler to arrange for the work crew to come do the work.  They thoroughly explained the process to be used and the precautions that would be taken to protect my property.
 A couple of days later the scheduler called to ask if their crew could come in a couple of hours since they had finished another job earlier than expected.  The crew did its work in about two hours completely to my satisfaction.  They did a good job of cleaning up the fairly small mess they had made and I am extremely satisfied with their work.

"Great customer service and communication. They responded quickly, gave me a competitive quote and were able to do the job sooner rather than later. "The job was only partially complete. The shop floor was leveled in the worst areas in the back, but now the front middle lower than the rest. The door and the garage door no longer shut properly, and the sidewalk in front is destroyed. Mr. Ramos promised he would make it right every time I contacted him many, many times. It was part my fault for paying him before he completed the job and trusting him to do the right thing."
