12 Our water heater leaked onto carpeting. I called Premier before noon and by 4pm, they had arrived and completed the work by cleaning up the water, shampooing the carpet and deodorizing the area. They left fans to finish the drying. We'll call them to clean the carpet in other rooms.
The main thing he did last year was removing an old basketball hoop that was set in concrete so I could make a flower bed. He did a great job!
They came when they said they would and finished quickly.
There was no pressure from sales team - pleased with concrete work and the construction. The workers were all professional - it was a wonderful experience.
