Couldn't be happier with the results and really impressed with how he handled the bumps (replaced a wrong sized cabinet without question and dealt with supply chain issues that delayed the dishwasher installation) without delaying things. "I explained that we needed our fiberglass tub replaced, since it had a crack in it, and I wanted a new sink and countertop. The rep, Zack, went over the details, and when it came to replacing the sink and countertop, we spent almost an hour discussing what I wanted, picking out the countertop, etc. I asked what kind of sink would be installed. He said he didn't know, and he called his boss to find out. About an hour later, I again asked him about the sink. So he called his boss again. At that point, his boss told him that they could not do the sink and countertops unless we agreed to do the tub surround with a very expensive product, which would add about $7,000 to the cost of the tub and surround!! I told him we were not going to do that, so I did not get my sink and new countertop. Also, I told them I wanted Delta faucets, and they installed a Delta shower head, but Moen faucets. The price was outrageous."
