"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

 Initial contact with Fine Line Construction was through a $79/ 2-hour special on the website in Sept. 2014.  The weather -rain, snow and ice, more rain - was the biggest factor in rescheduling 3-4 times.  Finally finished in July 2015. This was a small job that required cutting HardieBoard to fit around existing posts. Looks good and the price was less than I thought it would be given the amount of time it took and materials he used.
