They stopped by and politely introduced themselves, and asked permission to inspect the roof. The very professional crew showed up on the appointed day and began tearing off all the damaged materials and hauling them away. They then began replacing the decking, before replacing the shingles with a new high-impact roof. Finally all the gutters were replaced and the job was done. The cleanup was quick and thorough. I never had to do anything during the process. Mr. Whipple came once or twice each day to make sure everything was being done right and to answer any questions I might have. I've required a new roof before because of hail damage, and it was not done nearly as thoroughly and professionally or with as little inconvenience to me as this job."
