They ended up finding a huge section that was not nailed in all the way because of former roofing job. So they ended up checking the entire roof and adding nails as needed. Very pleased with the efficiency of the service!

A-Best reps came out twice more to take measurements that they had not originally gotten. They fell about two weeks behind their forecasted schedule, apparently because of the missed measurements and because their fabrication shop was very busy, and wasn't able to produce the trim for our chimney flashing and some other specialty pieces on time. When they did show up they did a great job. The only complaint that I would have is that we have ornamental bushes around the house that suffered some damage with materials, like the old shingles and flashing, that were thrown off of the roof.

With their help we were able to get replacement shingles and the issue was resolved satisfactorily.

They did a good job and matched the shingles so the repair didn't show.

We had a wood roof at the time and they replaced it with a composite. They did a very good job.

There was no work done because nothing was needed.

We began this project on the pretenses of them starting two weeks prior than another company that we were going to go with. They originally said that the project would take 2 days, and it took 2 weeks! They sent a crew that couldn't speak any English which resulted in a language barrier. I had no way of communicating with them. They quit roofing in the middle of my main house and used all the roofing on the smaller house that is located in the back of my house. The workers ended up running out of the materials to finish roofing the main house so that pushed the completion date back another week. The plus is that the office staff were pleasant but didn't follow through with my requests. To sum things up my main complaint was that I asked for someone who speaks English to solve the communication barrier and I was sent a crew that couldn't. When I asked to speak to the manager of the company nobody ever got back to me.

The repair went great.  We had the roof replaced on our historical house last year by Patriot roofing.  They were to take all roofing material off and replace flashing were needed.  Around the chimney there developed a leak.    I don't know what was exactly wrong, but it leaked and was worse with snow.  Since Patriot did not stand by their work and pointed fingers every where but at themselves, we had A Best do it.  They were prompt and used a flashing that was powder coated to match the roof.  Now i sure wish they would have done all of it from the beginnig.  The repair does seem a little high, but it is well worth it not to have water damage in the house.
