He arrived as promised and I explained to him that we needed some minor repairs to our roof, including the removal of an old satellite dish and the removal of debris from the top of our patio cover. David went up on our roof, took his time looking it over, and clearly explained to us exactly what needed to be done. David and his worker came out the very next day and completed the job, leaving the area cleaner than it was when he started. I might add that without our knowing about it, David applied an Angie's List discount to our bill, thus saving us $200.00. We cannot recommend this firm highly enough."

"Our 50+ year old house had settled enough that there were several cracks in the walls including one nearly 1/2 inch wide and our patio door would only open about 12  inches wide.  We had put this off because we had heard it would cost over $10,000 which we simply did not have.   Imagine our delight when the estimate came in at only $2100.00.  We immediately contracted with PermaLift to put in 6 piers.  The crew arrived and went right to work; I was amazed at how fast they got everything done.
They were very careful about the mess that would have to be made, laying large sheets of heavy cardboard to hold the dirt as they dug under the foundation of the house.  Actually it was fascinating to watch what they did.  After they put in the jacks we
watched the cracks disappear as they jacked up the house.  Some of the work was done through our concrete porch and
patio.  They cut right through it and then replaced it with excellent concrete work.  They were careful with the landscaping and
replaced the dirt when they were finished.  I was really pleased when they spackled and painted the areas where the cracks had been.  And perhaps best of all, our patio door opens all the way.  We no longer have to go out sideways!   And they did it all in one day!  PermaLift gave a lifetime warranty as well - not my lifetime but the lifetime of the house!  I cannot praise them enough and would definitely recommend PermaLift to anyone who has foundation work to be done!"

"We had purchased a deal to have some work done. We scheduled an appointment to go ahead and get an estimate for the work we wanted done. We ended up having to cancel the first time due to some personal matters. When we called the provider to reschedule he said the next 2 weeks was completely booked up due to the big deals other people were purchasing. We ended up having to reschedule a total of 3 times, once because of our issue and twice because of issues with the provider and trying to get out to the house. When he came to the house to give us an estimate for the work, he said it was going to be another $450.00 in addition to the $79 we paid for the big deal. This was way more then we wanted to spend. We tried to negotiate other work that we had wanted done, such as the beams on our patio. He said he would be able to do that for the $79. He told us to get a specific paint to paint the patio beams, so we went out and got it. When someone finally showed up on August 15th to start the work, they told us we had bought the wrong paint. Due to our frustration we cancelled and didn't have him do any work and contacted Angie's List to get a refund on our deal."
