They bring their own cleaning supplies, but use my vacuum. After they are finished , they do a walk through with me to check to see if I am satisfied with their work. "They were okay. For what I paid, it was not bad. But I wouldn't hire them again. It was quite a while after the deal was purchased before they came out. They were very nice about it because it was getting close to expiring, but it hadn't expired. I remember that I left them voice mail and called them. I did have a little bit of a trouble getting hold of them and I thought, "It's going to expire and I can't get hold of them." But I got hold of them just before it expired. They were like, "No, no. It's fine. Let's schedule it and we'll honor the price because we scheduled it." The guy was very polite. He did a pretty good job. He was a nice guy and personable. The price was very reasonable."
