Not only did he meticulously install them, but the manner in which he cut the tile reduced the amount of waste that you usually see with other contractors. Most of what was left over as "waste" can actually be used on another room whose floor he will be doing for us later. After dealing with other contractors over the years, I can truly say that Robert is outstanding at what he does and he treats his customers right and with respect. Mr. Wiggins came by today to hang the curtain brackets, which he did very precise and quickly. When it came to hanging the picture, he floored me with how diligently he measured and re-measured to make sure the frame is hanging straight.

"They came and after looking everything over they said that having a foundation lift would not help, but reccomended that I contact a floor lift service and see if that was the problem.  (I had another foundation lift service come as well(Olshan) and they told me the same thing.  The floor were not the problem as well, so did not end up spending with any of the services.  Although they could not help, I felt they were honest about everything and that was a welcoming thing on it's own."
