Most of what was left over as "waste" can actually be used on another room whose floor he will be doing for us later. Mr. Wiggins came by today to hang the curtain brackets, which he did very precise and quickly. When it came to hanging the picture, he floored me with how diligently he measured and re-measured to make sure the frame is hanging straight.
