It can last anywhere from 40 to 100 years, depending on maintenance. On average, you can expect your terrazzo floor to last about 75 years, but you will have to make repairs as needed.

It depends on what’s important to you. For instance, if you’re looking for the lowest-priced carpet material, consider polyester.
