"1st technician came out said he had to order parts and then never came back. 1 week later sears repair came and replaced defrost panel said it was fixed. I called two days later to say it still was not working. They said I had to pay 2nd service call, even though policy says if recurring for 30 days wouldn’t have to pay. Third technician said it was compressor and it couldn’t be fixed. So, now it been 2 1/2 weeks and still no working fridge. "We are a small condominium association that has 6 units in one larger building.  One morning we awoke to no electricity.  What we found was a large tree limb had fallen and ripped out the power lines from the side of the building.  We were fortunate no one was hurt and the building did not catch fire! 
We called around to see who could come out immediately to fix the issue.  Jess worked us in as an emergency.  He also worked with us and our insurance company knowing that we would not have the funds to pay him up front.  This was terrific!  Since we are a small condo association, we do not have that much in reserves to pay for an emergency.
Jess and his crew worked with the electric company to get the old power unit removed safely, repaired the side of the building where the meters had been pulled out, and then re-mounted a new power unit/meters.  Several of the owners commented on the professionalism of the crew.  We hope to never have to worry about having an emergency like that again, but we would definitely use ACCEDE again.

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
