He looked at something else for us for no extra charge. He had to have a specific tool to finish up the project I was having him out for but he didn't have it, it had broken. He was like, 'Rather than me coming back out and having to charge you additional, here is what you need to do to finish this.' I was like, okay. Then, I was asking him about all the pipes connecting to the pool from the tank. He went and took a look and helped make sure that everything was operating well. He kind of went above trying to do the right thing. He had all his equipment but he just didn't have that very particular equipment that he needed. I probably won't use him again. My husband is a 'fix it' man but he had traveled and so I had used him as a second choice. It was more of a necessity at the time."

Concrete crew had to come back next day to complete the expansion joints.  Everything went well and clean up was as represented by the sales pitch.  A very professional and complete work ethic by the foundation installers and concrete crew.  Very pleased with results.  The 10% discount was eaten up with additional concrete work that we requested at the time of service.  All in all, a great experience on our part and I hope the company's."

George has brought some other handymen here to help him, and they benefit from his oversight. If anything is not perfect, George will come back and make it right. Among the work they've done for me is painting two half baths and a ceiling, replacing almost all the internal doorknobs with levers, stabilizing a pedestal sink, replacing weather stripping, replacing a light fixture, replacing a mailbox in a brick holder, and fixing a fence handle. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."
