"Not your typical refinishing method, as they hand apply multiple coats of finish using microfiber cloths, speed drying them in between coats with heat. James was very professional and thorough in explaining his process. Using this method, you don't have to remove everything from your cabinets like you must with spraying. He didn't arrive in a fancy truck with logo--just a sedan with all his materials in the trunk. His drop cloths had clearly been used and reused, but they did the job. Do not be deterred --this may account for the very reasonable price quoted. James worked diligently to remove kitchen grease, lightly sand bad spots, and touch up areas where the stain and finish had worn away. He was polite and courteous throughout, and with the help of a second refinisher on day two, completed the project a couple hours short of two days. He gave me an opportunity to inspect the work before leaving, and also offered to return for additional touch up if needed. Although they will remove and replace your hardware, we waited 48 hours before replacing it ourselves, to ensure proper curing of the finish. It had been 15 years since we put in those cabinets, and James restored them to look like new. We can't really review the finish itself yet, but there is a 5-year warranty. We are overall quite pleased with this company."

Ortiz Custom Remodeling corrected the work on all my doors from an individual I hired prior. They did an excellent job. They had to cut out my bedroom door frame to install a 32" steel door and did that in an hour. I was amazed how quickly they installed it! They sanded, kilz and painted 6 interior doors, three double closet doors and one steel door. They removed the tri fold closest doors and framed in the double closet doors. All my doors fit perfectly and are beautiful. I'm so happy and plan to hire them again for my upcoming home improvement projects. They are awesome! YOU CAN DEFINITELY TELL THE HOUSES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT USED ROCA ROOFING, they all are very beautiful. I know that sounds strange to say, but most of my neighborhood had damage. The houses that used ROCA you recognize right away. They look beautiful! Other roofing companies some of my neighbors used looks blah/plain. I don't know if it is because ROCA has better craftsmanship or they use better quality materials; but I can spot a ROCA roof from the others.
