"It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."

I had used Air Roofing a couple of times before during an Angie's List inspection special.   When it came time for my father to put on a new roof I suggested he get a quote from David at Air Roofing.

David came out and looked over the roof, made suggestions, and sent a detailed quote (by email) the following day.   His quote was in line with the other quote I got, but his responsiveness to my questions far exceeded the other company.  Over the next several days, I probably sent over a dozen emails wanting additional information, clarifications, addresses of roofs he'd done, samples of materials, etc.   Let's just say he had to do some extra work before we agreed to the contract.   He was always very prompt getting back to me, either by email or phone.

We agreed to a price, signed a contract, and set a date for the following week.   The shingles arrived the day before work was to be started.   The next day the crew arrived early in the morning and worked late into the evening.   They finished up around noon the following day.    They tore off two layers of old shingles, replaced decking in a few areas, cut out and installed a ridge vent across the entire length of the top of the roof, installed 15 vents in the soffits, painted the plumbing pipes to match the roof, and did a great job of cleaning everything up.  David even made arrangements with another company to come out and install new gutters for us.   On the 3rd day, we did a final walk around and at that point we paid the full amount.  No money was requested until the work was completed.

We couldn't be more pleased with the whole process.   If you're looking for a quality roofing company, look no further than Air Roofing.

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"John discovered that the smoke detector I had purchased wouldn't work in the existing location and went to Home Depot to pick up a new one. He also installed a GFCI outlet in a bathroom and trimmed the outlet cover to make the GFCI outlet fit. John went above and beyond, did good work, and was very professional and polite.

"They were kind of pricey but as a match, they did a good job and they're nice windows and I think they did a good job installing them and everything, but they were pretty expensive. They were friendly. The salesperson was a little pushy but he did sell me on the windows. They're nice windows. They did a good job so I don't have any complaints about that."

"As people who live in Oklahoma know, we get hail storms every year. I have had a new roof on my house 3 times in the last 5 years. After the last storm Stacie from Roca Roofing came by the house. From the start she was nothing by nice to my family. I never felt like she was pushy. She got on the roof and took some pictures for me to see. She was very knowledgeable and even sat in the living room and helped me file my claim. At first I was a little thrown off by a female, but she did things better than any other company I had used in the past. She was there when my insurance company came out and was always making sure I understood everything. My ex husband had always handled all the claims before so this was all very new to me. Stacie never moved on with anything until she was sure that I understood what was going on. She took a lot of time to explain the products to me and we had fun picking out a roof color. The guys that put on the roof did a great job. It looks AWESOME! They were great about cleaning up after themselves! They did break a light on the outside of the house while tearing off the old roof, but Stacie called to let me know what happened and it was replaced 2 days later. Stacie was on site checking in during the installation on the roof and always called me at the end of the day to make sure I was happy with everything. The guy, David that did all the inside work on my house was very nice as well. He did a great job and cleaned up very well. I am hard to please when it comes to my house and I was very happy with all the work that was completed. It was 100 percent painless for me! I highly recommend using Roca Roofing and I would call Stacie for sure!! I cant speak for anyone else there but her, but she was AMAZING!! If I ever have to get a new roof again, I will be calling her back. It is one thing  to have a good sales person, but to get a great sales person and have everyone that did the work be great as well is even better! I honestly can not speak more highly of Stacie and Roca. I have sent several friends and family members to her as well. I think it was nice working with a woman because lets face it, men are just programmed different and she really gets what it takes to keep a woman happy, lol. I wasn't going to do this review, but I got a phone call from her about 2 weeks ago just checking on things and making sure that everything still looked good and that I had not had any issues. You just don't get that with anything anymore these days. I hope that someone reading this will decide to use her. She helped us so much that I hope this review can in some way help her. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
