"They measured the area and I tried to get neighbor hood association to agree to a new black chain link fence, but it was not approved. Had to put in a high cost rod iron fence. Trent Jones was very patient while I went through the process. I decided on the three inch spacing rod iron fence. The material was ordered and the work began. They constructed the fence in two days and finished up the gates a day later.

They have followed up to be sure all was in good order and I feel I got a great value for my dollar. The other estimates I was offered was over 25% higher. Great workmanship and a great value; hard to better that.
Both Trent and Rick run a great company. You can contact them at 405-481-6866 web site OKFenceStaining.com E-mail [email protected]

"Jared came to our house to look at our property and prepare the estimate.  We had a total of 4 estimates.  He was the only owner that promised to be there during the construction of the fence and not just drop off a crew.  Since we contacted him during the late rainy spring, it took several weeks  to get on his schedule but that was to be expected.   It was worth the wait. The fence was built onsite which was helpful with the slope on our property.  It is a very sturdy 6 ft cedar fence with sturdy gates.  It was done in 2-3 days with all mess cleaned up.  Jared is a professional and his workers are very nice.  I would highly recommend Jared and Prime Fencing.

"They came for the 3 hour coupon special, at $110 seemed like a good deal. I had knee surgery so needed the help. 2 women came, and the weather was bad, although they did arrive late I understood because of the weather. They got right to work but I noticed the older woman was on the phone - she was on the phone for the entire time they were here!!!!!
The younger woman did all the work!!!! And she did a good job, but they never made it to my kitchen! My house is only 1300 sq. ft, and I really only live in part of it, so I cannot understand how they could not get to the most trafficked rooms. Well, yes I can, if they had both worked for the entire time, yes, they could have gotten to the kitchen. And my house is not that messy or dirty - no need to unclutter before cleaning.
I forgot to write a review until now as I was looking again for some help with cleaning, which is why the delay."

"Was able to get an appointment for next day, Josh arrived on time to clean our vertical dryer vent.  He noticed the screen on the exhaust vane on the roof and told us that the screen should not have been placed there as it will easily clog the venting.  He removed the screen and showed us the wad of lint that was obstructing the exhaust opening.  He proceeded to clean out the rest of the vent and showed us the amount of lint he had collected in the vacuum at the dryer port, a significant amount.  Josh was polite and answered our questions.  He was good enough to park the company vehicle in the street rather than blocking our driveway, a nice touch.  We were very pleased with the service and will definitely use True Tech again next year as we are making dryer vent cleaning and annual event."

"The company came right out and was very timely. Even worked during the rain to get the job completed. I will use Empire to replace the fence/gate on the other side of my house too."

"Went great. Best price of 3 quotes. A/M team removed the old fence when necessary to deliver a greenhouse. Then reinstalled it in a position 4 feet further out of the original position to make needed room. Added a gate, repainted everything, did some small metalwork repairs. Work crews were very polite and explained all being done. This job went outstandingly. Will definitely hire again."

Most of the fence was done very well but one of the posts shifted while the concrete was drying so the top has over a 1” tilt to it. When I brought it up, I was told there was nothing they could do about it which means they didn’t want to reset a new post for a cosmetic issue but now the first thing I see every day is a listing post.

For the gate, he only had 2 latches, I opted for the more expense one which ended up being a latch that looked like it should be on a barn door and not a residential gate. So I had to replace it but I take partial responsibility as I approved it without seeing it.

The fence was put along a garden bed and was told that wouldn’t be a problem but a number of the plants where flatted and trampled on and had to be pulled out.

FAQs for driveway gate service projects in Dibble, OK

When choosing a driveway gate, consider the fence material, whether you want an automatic gate or a manual one, and property limitations like the slope of your driveway. We recommend speaking with a professional driveway gate installer to see what types of gates will work on your property based on your fencing or home’s exterior. Keep in mind that driveway gates should range between 10 to 12 feet wide to ensure cars can easily maneuver through the gateway.

It might be possible to install your own manual driveway gate rather than an automatic one, but we don’t recommend it. Driveway gates are large, heavy, and bulky, and getting them to your house and maneuvering them for installation can be dangerous. It’s also challenging to install the gate and balance it perfectly so that it functions as expected, and wiring any automation mechanisms for your gate is also dangerous and requires help from an electrician. We recommend leaving the work to a professional driveway gate installer.

Driveway gates are expensive to install, but they are usually a worthwhile investment. Not only does this exterior feature improve your curb appeal and, by extension, your property value, but they also help keep your home secure. Driveway can keep out unwanted guests and provide additional privacy for you and your household. Plus, they can serve as a means of keeping children and pets in your yard, depending on the type of fence.

In most municipalities, you will need a permit to install a driveway gate unless you plan on removing an existing gate and installing a new one. You can either ask your driveway gate installer or your local building department to determine if a permit is required in your area and for your specific project. If you live on a corner property, additional restrictions may be attached to your permit that prevent you from installing a gate over a certain height or a privacy fence. Make sure you check with your installer about permitting before choosing a gate.

The average cost to install a driveway gate is around $3,500, and prices usually total between $1,900 and $6,000. However, security and driveway gates can cost as much as $12,000. Some cost factors include the size of the gate, the type of gate, the gate material, and the security level of the gate. A wrought iron gate will be more expensive than a PVC driveway gate, which will typically cost more than a wood gate. Automated gates are always more expensive than manual ones, as they require additional electrical installation.
