This contractor able to repair and replace where needed as well as worked with me on paying for the additional work. My wife and I don’t have much of an artistic eye but Michelle was able to use her computer magic to allow us to see mock ups using different colors as well as what our addition will look like. Yes company put up a gorgeous carport and addition to existing pavilion. Company does rain gutters as well. A one stop shop which I prefer instead of having multiple contractors. Great family feel when working with owners and staff. Company worked from sun up until sun down only missing obvious rain delays attempted several time to work in between rain. You won’t be disappointed with work. Truly company takes pride in there work as if it was there own. With that I will leave this. Company fully trustworthy and will call them again.

Vinyl and aluminium siding is also fairly easy to upkeep. All these low-maintenance options only require basic surface cleaning, caulking, and regular gutter maintenance to prevent water dams from forming.
Masonry screws are the best option to be used on stucco. They’re thicker and made to penetrate harder surfaces like concrete and cinder blocks. Fluted masonry screws work the best because they create a stronger grasp thanks to the lines on their shafts. If you’re working on exterior stucco, use galvanized screws to prevent corrosion.
Many general contractors can handle adding stucco siding, but it’s best to hire a local stucco contractor as you’re more likely to get a clean finish on your stucco siding that maximizes curb appeal. Stucco can be a challenging material to work with, so hiring a professional contractor who has years of experience and specializes in stucco application is advisable.
