He personally met with our homeowner insurance agent to go over every detail of what he had found and our insurance agent confirmed everything that Ira had said. Ira worked with our Insurance agent to get everything covered for a new roof on our house, the workshop, and the storage building. He did all the work. The Conrad crew showed up and in just one day had all 3 of the old roofs torn off, did repairs, and had new roofs done. They cleaned up any mess that was left in the yard. They did a great job and were very fast. Ira took care of everything and made the whole process as easy as it could be."
