While the shingles were being replaced, the installers noted that the original builder had used pine trim on the chimney housing and they were rotting. David replaced the trim with cedar (which it should have been originally) and some of the siding at a cost of the materials only. David monitored the work frequently, although his crew is very experienced and didn't need much supervision. I was very impressed with how David explained the extra things that he was doing that many roofers skip. I had complete confidence that I was going to get the most professional work available and that is what David gave me."

Brad found that the bathroom floor was rotting around the toilet, something that was overlooked by a previous handyman three years ago. Everything done in a workmanlike manner at a reasonable cost. Since I live out of town, Brad will be my go-to guy if and when issues arise with the property. Cost was approximately $4400, plus materials."
