Project included pressure wash, scraping, some wood replacement/repair, caulking of all joints, painting with quality satin finish Sherwin Williams exterior. One color change for front door. Prep was done in one day. Wood repairs and 95% of painting done day two. Finish painting and clean up morning of day three. Great quality and workers. TCB coordinated schedule with gutter company so painting was done after gutters came down and then new gutters were installed after painting completed."

He checked the structural soundness and added support. Brad made it look beautiful plus he rebuilt the deck stairs so they are so more walkable. This was a job that a couple of other contractors looked at and were unable to come up with any plan except sliding doors which I did not want. (I have dogs that destroy sliding door screens.)
