"Installers were excellent. Salesman was knowledgeable. Problem was they did not communicate. The first day the installers tore out my vanity as well saying they had instructions to replace it. On the second day, the salesman called me and said whoops, you can either fix that yourself or we can install a new one for 7,000 more than we agreed I was at work so said I could not make a decision then. The installers told my wife that day that they were told I said I would fix it myself. I never said that. The company called to check if I was satisfied afterwards and I told them this. They said they would open a ticket but no one ever followed up with me."

Windows were installed well with minimal damage to surrounding finishes and installers left the areas as clean as they could. Very disappointed the windows were NOT cleaned before the installers left. A small gesture like that would have been very appreciated."

"Antonio had his crew working at my home for 4 days. They were on time and Antonio inspected their work daily. Ortiz Custom Remodeling corrected the work on all my doors from an individual I hired prior. They did an excellent job. They had to cut out my bedroom door frame to install a 32" steel door and did that in an hour. I was amazed how quickly they installed it! They sanded, kilz and painted 6 interior doors, three double closet doors and one steel door. They removed the tri fold closest doors and framed in the double closet doors. All my doors fit perfectly and are beautiful. I'm so happy and plan to hire them again for my upcoming home improvement projects. They are awesome! "Stay away from this bunch !!! This group has done business as C1 Construction, CW Construction and other names with Charles "Chuck" Wynne being behind it. They contracted to build a new house and part way through decided to raise the price. When we said no Chuck walked off the job. Notice they're not an Angi certified pro? He's conned multiple people and has a date with the Oklahoma criminal court system. Something to be aware of with this and other contractors - You have to check what they actually have if they claim to be "Bonded and Insured". In Oklahoma that means they're insured for accidents by their employees and bonded to pay Oklahoma fines for building violations. It doesn't protect customers at all."
