granite pieces  (3) in kitchen were not matched so the flow of top looks horrible. Very large seams and chips along seams. came out  to  repair and still unexceptable.  They won't replace and cannot be repaired. Will not return calls on this job. requested that they remove this and no response. very unprofessional installation crew, left cigerette butts on drive and yard didn't clean up mess. Used wrong color of caulk on edges and around windows. Mike Shaw (owner) won't even come to look at the job. would not recommend this company at all.

FANTASTIC! Customer service was superb! They gave us the best price for the countertop. No complaints what so ever! I will recommend FA Highly to anyone who expects a quality product! I had many questions and called multiple times. I was greeted with concern and respect every time.

They were very helpful in planning the project and selecting the granite. My wife was very particular about getting a specific look and they patiently worked with her until she found the right slabs. They were always punctual, courteous, and helpful throughout the measuring and installation process. A year later, the seams are all good, nothing has cracked, and our countertops are as good as the day they were installed.

However, some of the work was not perfect. There were a couple of problems that they were able to correct for us:

- They switched the backsplash in one bathroom with a piece that should have gone in the other bathroom (different granite style). When we noticed they came back and switched it for us.

- The dishwasher was not anchored when they put it back into the cabinet. We didn't notice until the next day when we tried to wash the dishes. At first, they told us there wasn't room to properly anchor the dishwasher, but when we insisted, they came back and fixed it.

A couple of issues, we just have to live with:

- The seam on our main kitchen countertop was not where we were told it would be. During planning, their representative said the seam would be by the sink where it would be short and unobtrusive. However, our seam is right through the biggest part of the food preparation area and the granite pattern's movement is jarringly different between the two pieces.

- We paid extra for an optional edge cut on the kitchen countertops. For some reason, the color on this edge is noticeably lighter than the rest of the granite.

They were so good to work with. I went to their showroom and picked out the basics like the type of countertop, sink and edges I wanted and then they gave me addresses of two different granite places where I could go pick out my exact slabs. After I chose my granite we set up a date and they showed up at the scheduled time and installed the new countertops. They are absolutely beautiful. I recommend them to everyone I know.

We had found the quartz pattern we liked and then started looking around for installers. We primarily looked at ones that either had a recommendation from a friend or Angie's List. Highley's was the least expensive and among they highest rated. They were easy to work with, very helpful, friendly, and professional. They were on time for the estimate measure, templating, and install. The quality of the workmanship was very good. Overall we are very happy with our countertops and would recommend Highley's.

Prior to visiting the F.A. Highley Company, we had visited several granite companies in about a fifty mile radius of Oklahoma City. I got their name and address out of the phone book. Upon arrival at their company, a really nice lady helped us look at several types of counter tops. During our visit she explained the good and not-so-good quality of each type of top. We asked for the prices of each type of top and she told us exactly how each was priced. After analyzing the information we decided to buy the granite tops. Their price was competitive and the F.A. Highley staff was very professional. There was a large selection of granite to choose from. Our selection was made and they handled all the details of the counter top preparation. When the tops were done, they let us select a date and time for the installation. They arrived just as scheduled and did an excellent job of installing the granite. There were absolutely no problems, hitches, or misunderstandings during the entire process. We have built about twenty homes in our lifetime and this was by far the easiest counter top selection and installation process we have been through. The price, quality, and installation was exactly as they quoted. We would recommend them to everyone. Super job!

The company where I had selected my slab made a mistake and had actually marked my slabs to sell to someone else after they had promised them to me. So, my FA Highley employee representative called the company and made them honor their commitment to me for my marble selection. If they had not fought for me to get my slabs, it would have caused a big delay in my project.

After I selected my marble slabs and secured their purchase, FA Highley had the marble delivered to their shop for fabrication.

The FA Highley representative who measures projects arrived precisely on time, was pleasant and friendly, and did a quick, but thorough job of measuring my kitchen and dining room.

I loved the installation professionals. They were friendly, respectful and a joy to have in my home. They did more than they were required, by doing some on site fabrication that I requested.

After the slabs were installed, my carpenter (who I don't recommend) used my island countertop as a workbench and caused small screw holes in the top of my marble. I contacted FA Highley and they picked up my island top, filled and fixed the damage and delivered it back to me at no charge. The owner of the company even called me to make sure everything was satisfactory.

I did have some communication problems a couple of times with phone calls not being returned as quickly as I would have liked. But, overall my experience with FA Highley was great and I will use them again for other projects.

I looked in several stores for counter top material to find what I was looking for. Overall of them, FA Highley was the most helpful and I found exactly what I wanted there. They were polite and answered all of my questions. When I was sure what I wanted I had them call me and set up an appointment for Kenny to come out and give us an estimate. He came out within a few days and measured. Then he called the next day and gave me an estimate. We thought it was a very reasonable estimate and we signed a contract with them. It was going to be about 2 to 3 weeks until they had my counter top material in and ready to install. I was having other remodeling work done in my kitchen that took a couple of weeks and by then my counter top material had come in. Kenny came and did a template at this point. The next day our contractor came and tore out our old counter tops out and the next day 2 men from FA Highley came out and installed my new counter tops. They were very nice and spent all morning doing the installation. They did an awesome job and we love our new counter tops!

They did a superb job. They do high quality work. The finish on the granite was really well done. It was high quality all the way through.

This is the second time I have used F.A. Highley Co. It's been very good. They came on time and everything went well.
