"They applied an epoxy coating to my garage floor. It looks great, easy to clean but is not slick. We were so please with the garage we had them install an overlay to our patio and front porch. Yes, you can pour new concrete over old concrete, but you need to apply a concrete bonding agent to the existing concrete to ensure the new concrete sticks.
