My heater went out Wednesday evening and I called the next morning at 7:13 and he was there at 8:27 but couldn't get in the house to repair the unit. Mis-communication as to which door I had left open for him to be able to get in. He went to another call and returned; changed out the thermostat and was finished with the job by at least 10:00.
Just wanted to say that THIS is service and he will be called in the future with all of my heating and air problems.
