"It went pretty good.  I had all the materials for them to use.  The kick plate was too tall.  Will need to find the right size.  The front door has a crack in it, which I thought would fill in with the wood filler.  It was in a bad spot, so when the stain was applied, it did not fill in. I will clear coat it, add the kick plate & insulation.   I will have John will come out again - will look at his coupons & get a list together.  Definitely need the porch light replaced soon.  We also discussed a possible electrical issue with the porch light - seems the builder /electrician (1988) may have connected the front light switch with the hall bathroom & bedroom lights.  I was glad that John was able to schedule me, it was 2 months!   John & Wayne were very nice & I will call again soon! "

I'd been watching this company from week to week on different roofs in our Nottingham neighborhood in Broken Arrow. From start to finish, the workers will have the roofs done in 2-3 days; leaving each home with an immaculate new roof....WOW! "Fantastic. Booked only a week out from the call. Large professional crew arrived and did the entire roof in 7 hours. Clean up was complete. I didn't find so much as a nail. Payment was only requested after the job was done and I told them I was happy with the result. There were no hidden charges or BS. I wrote the check out for the exact amount on the estimate. Jerry's estimate came in from 1000 to 7000 dollars less than the other 5 estimates I got from Angie's list vendors. He's friendly, local, and great. No deficits to report."

"We also needed gutters replaced. They subcontracted this to another company. The workers just showed up ad started to remove old gutters without calling first to inform us they were coming, nor did they announce their arrival and intentions when they got here."

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"Bringing a 1910 home up to todays standards, restoring floors trim walls bathrooms. Some plumbing and electrical (legal without those licenses). Of course this includes painting, fixing holes left by radiator system in floors and ceilings. Entirely rebuilt deck. Also added on a sunroom with about 20 windows and exterior door. Worked well with other contractors (plumbing and electric)."

"The services performed resulted in a very beautiful and functional game room area.  My wife and I are very pleased with the work.  Roger, his primary employee, Dave, and all of the sub contractors he used were outstanding.  For example, the texture blends and paint matches were exceptional.  The travertine floor is perfect.  Cabinets were of of good quality and as ordered.  The carpet was modified and replaced for a nice cost savings.  Our new room appears that it was always configured in its current state. Roger was very accessible, genuinely attempted to address all of our requests and was very easy to work with."
