Overall, he got the carpet much cleaner. I was disappointed that the coffee table wasn't moved for cleaning, as I ended up with a dirty rectangle where it was sitting, and we do frequently slide it around."

"It went ok. We've had them three different times. The first two times I had them, they didn't remember and came not even the same day. One time I think they came two days late and the next time the came the next day, because they didn't remember I had to call them. And I wasn't happy with that. Their cleaning was fine, the last time they were here there were some things that they didn't do. They cleaned out my pantry which I hadn't asked them to do but they didn't do the blinds which I had and they said well we couldn't do both. What they cleaned was ok, but the other things just kind of detracted from my satisfaction with them."
