Bailey Brother’s replaced the blower motor in our AC February 2021. Bracket on the motor broke over the weekend and caused the motor to be free spinning. We replaced the bracket to get through the weekend. Motor went out this afternoon again. Tech came out, told us the blower motor would be $1090 to install. Quoted us $4800 for a whole new internal unit. We had a blower motor we had from a friend, had tech wire it so that we could use that for the time being, cost us $135 for that and when we turned on the AC, it’s turns out the tech did not wire it correctly because it would not turn on. Husband called tech and he was told they would not come back out unless we bought the $1090 motor. We went to Durham’s on the south side of OKC, got the blower motor for $306 plus tax and a quote for the whole unit $1600. Office states their price includes installation. That would be $784 for installation of the blower motor and $3200 for the full unit.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE BAILEY BROTHERS FOR ANYTHING! Have a difficult time believing the positive rating found on Angie's List for this provider. Having repeated my experience to several friends and acquaintances locally much to my displeasure discovered I was practically the only one in that circle that was unaware of the negative reputation attributed to Bailey-Brothers.

My husband accidently brushed the weed-eater over the low voltage wire from the house to the AC unit outside. The AC worked... but we didn't trust that it would continue to work. So, we called Bailey Brothers to schedule an appointment. Larry, general manager, came to assess the situation. Prompt, professional, experienced. He diagnosed the problem immediately. The previous owner had used the incorrect wire AND there were multiple connections... a fire hazard waiting to strike. He and another technician came back about two hours later and replaced the wire from the outside unit to the interior furnace. They were polite, and their work ethic was fantastic. We will call Bailey Brothers again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Service man came out to the house on time and ready to work. I told him several roofers came out and said the leak was internal and you will have to call a plummer. He responded and went up in the attic looking for the water leak. He found a small 1/2 inch copper pipe leaking in the suspected area. I couldn't find it when I went up there looking earlier.The charges were very fair since he had to craw in the attic on a warm day and find the pipe. He repaired the copper pipe and showed me the pin hole leak in the pipe.I kept it.I am pleased with the service and would call them if I need another plummer. Good Job!

He was running a little late and called to let me know.   Repaired the leak under the sink and was also very courteous and polite.  This is the second time I have used Bailey Bros and will use again in the future.  Even though it was on the Saturday before Labor Day, they did not charge me OT rate.

We were pleased with Bailey Brothers Plumbing Heating and AC.   We had an issue with one of the toilets in which a part broke and fell in the toilet.  The crew stayed all day to complete the work and even the owner of Bailey Brothers came by and assured us that the problem would not affect the usage of the toilet.  Bailey Brother’s provided a written guarantee that should anything happen they would cover the repairs.

They charge a service call fee, but they don't charge that if you then have work done. The next water bill was low, and the city reimburses me that much when the repairs are done. He was very clean and very professional. I used the same company for my heating and air conditioning. They installed my furnace 10 years ago, and I have a yearly service plan with them.

The new one broke down within 2 summers. They came out , checked it , apparently it was leaking anti freeze. Said they
would return and never showed up again. Had to have someone else work
on it many times. Hoping to get a new,  much better one soon with the help
of Angie's list.

I gave a B on punctuality but that was because he had hard time finding my location, otherwise, the dispatcher contacted me ahead of time as requested so I could put our dogs outside!
The plumber asked really good questions about what was going on in the bathroom to really understand what the issues were, even when i didn't give very clear information!  He was polite and thorough and kept me updated on the costs each step of the way.  He even left me with some tips on how to avoid issues in the future. 
I had a hard time getting the previous company we used for our plumbing needs to contact us, but when i used angie's list and found these guys they had an appointment scheduled and a person out here very promptly.  I am very satisfied with this service and will use them again in the future!

They are not quite done as I write this, but they were here with a complete crew early this am.  They have worked diligently and politely replacing the old unit.  I can see that they are loading the old stuff and cleaning up.  I am very pleased with Bailey and the work they are doing.

I had a pipe under my kitchen sink that had rusted through which they replaced.  I did not dislike anything about them; they were here on time and were efficient.  Their price was reasonable.  They gave me an estimated cost before they did the job which I was happy about and they completed the work.
