Our History He and I Construction, Inc. originated from the aspirations of Al Alfaro and his wife Lucille in March of 1995. After working for a construction company from the late 1980's through the early 1990's, Al decided to enter the construction business with the help of his wife Lucille. Now, He and I Construction offers general construction services to the Southwest Region of the United States, while looking to expand in additional regions.
