"The guy came out and measured our rooms, we talked about what we wanted, and that was it. They were on time. They responded to our questions. They gave us all of the information we wanted. The prices were just a little higher than we wanted to go with."

"This company is very willing to follow instructions and work hard. They have other services that I have not used as yet, such as carpet cleaning and laundry services. They bring their own cleaning supplies, but use my vacuum. After they are finished , they do a walk through with me to check to see if I am satisfied with their work. I feel I get a good value for the money paid.

"Roger came to my home to provide an estimate. He arrived promptly. He was professional, very pleasant, and easy to talk to. I showed him the work I needed to have done. He measured the rooms for flooring. He spent time talking with me about some other issues I had with my house and offered some good ideas. I don't think he completely understood my vision for a change in the layout of the shower in the master bath but I would have revisited that topic with him prior to hiring him. I was concerned about a possible cat "accident" ruining new floors and Roger had a great idea to have the planks stained and sealed on site. This would help prevent moisture from getting in between the planks. Roger provided an estimate with moderate details. His estimate was about what I expected and in line with my budget. He called to follow up with me on the estimate. I wasn't home at the time and he left a message. I always appreciate it when a service provider checks back. It makes me feel like they want my business. I give him an A+ for doing that. I liked Roger. A minor health issue come up in my family and I decided to table the project for the time being.

"I have a very shady patio space. I've had mold growing on the outside of the wall since I began renting 4 years ago, however this year it triggered an allergic response. Alonzo Alcon was quick to respond, gave a description of the process, and was able to fit me in sooner than later. Their rate was affordable for me, which I was grateful for since my landlords were not willing to be involved in cleaning this. Alcon Construction was thorough, even made an extra trip to match the paint perfectly after the first color was off. I appreciated everything about them. Alonza was informative & I could sense the integrity of his character & intention to do a good job. I would definitely hire them again! Thank you!"
