"I was very impressed with them. They also did some extra things without charging me any extra such as putting covers on the pipes and painted them. They were right on time and did an excellent job. They were able to match the shingles well. They left nothing for me to pick up. They got the job done all in one morning and they sent 3 people out to do the job. I would recommend them to others."

"What we originally agreed to have done, there was one thing he couldn't finish. He did make it up rather than not finish what we contracted him for. He looked at something else for us for no extra charge. He had to have a specific tool to finish up the project I was having him out for but he didn't have it, it had broken. He was like, 'Rather than me coming back out and having to charge you additional, here is what you need to do to finish this.' I was like, okay. Then, I was asking him about all the pipes connecting to the pool from the tank. He went and took a look and helped make sure that everything was operating well. He kind of went above trying to do the right thing. He had all his equipment but he just didn't have that very particular equipment that he needed. I probably won't use him again. My husband is a 'fix it' man but he had traveled and so I had used him as a second choice. It was more of a necessity at the time."

They tried to spread the dirt around where the holes were and I would have much rather had them haul the dirt away. They came when they said they would come. They started on the date they said and finished the work in two days. I only dealt with on person. Everyone was professional and did what they were supposed to do."

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

He was always on time, and was really good about working with me on where to install grab bars for the shower, where to install the vanity, etc. We would defintely use Community Builders again. "As people who live in Oklahoma know, we get hail storms every year. I have had a new roof on my house 3 times in the last 5 years. After the last storm Stacie from Roca Roofing came by the house. From the start she was nothing by nice to my family. I never felt like she was pushy. She got on the roof and took some pictures for me to see. She was very knowledgeable and even sat in the living room and helped me file my claim. At first I was a little thrown off by a female, but she did things better than any other company I had used in the past. She was there when my insurance company came out and was always making sure I understood everything. My ex husband had always handled all the claims before so this was all very new to me. Stacie never moved on with anything until she was sure that I understood what was going on. She took a lot of time to explain the products to me and we had fun picking out a roof color. The guys that put on the roof did a great job. It looks AWESOME! They were great about cleaning up after themselves! They did break a light on the outside of the house while tearing off the old roof, but Stacie called to let me know what happened and it was replaced 2 days later. Stacie was on site checking in during the installation on the roof and always called me at the end of the day to make sure I was happy with everything. The guy, David that did all the inside work on my house was very nice as well. He did a great job and cleaned up very well. I am hard to please when it comes to my house and I was very happy with all the work that was completed. It was 100 percent painless for me! I highly recommend using Roca Roofing and I would call Stacie for sure!! I cant speak for anyone else there but her, but she was AMAZING!! If I ever have to get a new roof again, I will be calling her back. It is one thing  to have a good sales person, but to get a great sales person and have everyone that did the work be great as well is even better! I honestly can not speak more highly of Stacie and Roca. I have sent several friends and family members to her as well. I think it was nice working with a woman because lets face it, men are just programmed different and she really gets what it takes to keep a woman happy, lol. I wasn't going to do this review, but I got a phone call from her about 2 weeks ago just checking on things and making sure that everything still looked good and that I had not had any issues. You just don't get that with anything anymore these days. I hope that someone reading this will decide to use her. She helped us so much that I hope this review can in some way help her. "The first one they ordered was the wrong kind so this delayed the installation. The plumbing company they used had to come back after the installation because there was a leak at the wall. Thank goodness it was in the garage. I was not happy that I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades which were not covered by my policy."
