After finding Hammer I scheduled an appointment for them to do the cleaning. The chimney sweep technician arrived as scheduled and was very professional and polite. He was very thorough in his inspection and cleaning of our chimney and fire box. He conducted both the inspection and cleaning very cleanly and made absolutely no mess in the process. He did inform me of a couple of things that probably needed attention at some point in time but weâ re not critical at the moment. I was very pleased with their service and pricing and plan to use them go forward in the future."

"It's a pretty decent system, I think. They send you the pieces and you install them yourself, which is pretty easy. The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though. Nice, smart customer service people on the other end, very polite and helpful."

Chris & Jerry made me feel like I was someone they've known for years. They were honest, straight-forward, worked with me on paint color choices, helped me pick-out new shingle colors and did everything they could to make sure this was a great experience. They met with my insurance adjuster, provided paperwork my mortgage company needed and had the work done quickly and efficiently. WOW they transformed my house! It is beautiful! The shingles are perfect with my brick and the color choices Chris helped me choose made my house pop on the street. I was worried about how the guttering would be placed on my home because some neighbors gutters are not attractive and standout in a bad way. Chris was very helpful in explaining how they would make sure it looked seamless. 
I want to highly recommend this company if you are looking for any services: gutters, construction, roofing, anything call them first. YOU CAN DEFINITELY TELL THE HOUSES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT USED ROCA ROOFING, they all are very beautiful. I know that sounds strange to say, but most of my neighborhood had damage. The houses that used ROCA you recognize right away. They look beautiful! Other roofing companies some of my neighbors used looks blah/plain. I don't know if it is because ROCA has better craftsmanship or they use better quality materials; but I can spot a ROCA roof from the others.
