He was able to get the work done in a timely manner. He also built a frame to hold a stained glass dragon window and then installed it. We felt that his estimate might have been just a little bit high, but we were willing to pay because of his punctuality and dependability. We have called others who advertised their services and found that they were not dependable about even showing up! We really appreciated that Mr. Alvord takes his business seriously and is proud of his work. It really shows in the good service and his discipline to get the job done and on time!
