For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer, Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area. If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim. "Sears did their best to accommodate my schedule, time frame and features I wanted. I wanted gas heat and all other contractors only offered electric heat. My project was not easy. I have a 1930 two story updated brick home. However during the remodeling of the home the previous owner did not put in duct working. Also, the installation crew had to dig out two feet of my crawl space to fit tubing. They removed all rubbish and debris. Overall, very good experience, everyone was very professional and courteous."
