I will add, the day they did our 8 piers, as they were finishing up it started down pouring rain. 2 days later i went out to look at the back pier locations and each hole was sunk in about 5 inches. Only 2 of my zones out of 7 work. So i texted Chase right after the first text about the holes and asked that when they come back out to relocate the line so as i can repair it. That was on Nov 12, 2022, 2 days after the pier job. Today is April 13, 2023 and i have yet to hear back from anyone and no one has come to my house."
