I am a senior citizen and this was the first landscaping that I have ever contracted.  Our old 1990s wooden deck and retaining walls were eroded, deteriorated and a complete eyesore and I was naturally nervous that my money would be well spent in landscaping rather than re-decking. With the project complete, my wife and I are ecstatic. Blake developed a vision for our yard that we loved, and has brought it to fruition before our eyes.  We couldn't be happier with his services, and he is a genuine pleasure to deal with on top of everything.  I have seen Blake (without his knowing I was watching) ask his foreman to reconstruct an area that evidently didn't meet his standards, and perform another levelling task, that I would not have insisted on as the homeowner. Blake is a perfectionist and will not allow less than his best effort to be presented.  I would have to believe that a customer must have had a hidden agenda if they rated this landscape contractor less than straight A.  From what we have seen there is no reason not to be completely happy with his work.  I could go on and on but hope this is enough to convince prospective customers to give Giant Landscape a call.

"It turned out good. He came out the same month that I purchased the big deal. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. It's kind of cold here and things just started getting a little bit crazy. So, we haven't done anything yet. But, we're more than likely to go with him when it's time. He was very friendly and listened to what I wanted. He was willing to work with me on prices and things like that. He was big on the customer service. So I kind of liked that."

The lawn care came on time and they did wonderful job including cleaning our flower bed, uprooting weeds and extra grasses, arranging the bricks, also added adequate amount of mulch on the flower bed, trimmed shrubs and trees. "techs arrived on time and the one gentlemen who announced their arrival was nice but a bit aloof. Perhaps my exception was more than what the service was supposed to be hence the middle of the road reviews. I was wanting that they would blow the water out of the pipes to prep for the cold winter. all they seem to do was shut off the water to my system at the back flow, turn the screw on the back flow to relieve the water pressure in the bell of the back flow, and turn off my controller - all of which I could have done myself, and have done myself in the past. They did not mention that the pipes up to the back flow should be insulated as the insulation has deteriorated. also, they did not review the work they had done, nor even let me know they had left. Wham, bam, thank you Mame was my perception, and there is work I will still need to do."

"Very hard working, knowledgeable, excellent communication skills, and prices considerably below my previous lawncare company, who did little but mow the lawn and send me a bill. Twice as high for mowing and more than 50% higher for army worm treatment, no advice and little communication. A huge improvement for me!"

I need a large overhaul of already-grown weeds in my yard (not just prevention) and, so, they don't take care of weed removal. If I wasn't already with another weed control company, I'd then to TruGreen."
